Is the telehealth service available 24/7?

As of now, clients may access the service every Wednesday, 8am-5pm, via the DOC2US app. In the future, we are considering expanding our service hours to better meet the needs of our patients.

As the online consultation is free, what are the charges like for E-prescription, medication & delivery?

Yes. The consultation is free, however if the medication(s) is prescribed there will be charges on e-prescription, medication and delivery.

Do you deliver medication and HIV self-test kits to East Malaysia?

As of now, we providing the services in klang valley area. In the future, we are considering expanding our services to other state including East Malaysia.

I am only fluent in BM, what is the preferred language to use while consulting a doctor?

The majority of our doctors are proficient in multiple languages. To find out the languages they can speak, please refer to the doctor's profile within our mobile app.

I need help with my mental health as well, do you provide any related services?
