Since last year, most people have been prioritising their health needs more than ever.
Due to this growing concern with health and wellness, AIA Malaysia recently unveiled its Total Health Soultion.
Total Health Solution is built upon 3 main pillars which are Live Well, Protect Well and Get Well.
“The first pillar of Live Well is our health programme – AIA Vitality – to support our customers to get healthier. The second pillar of Protect Well encapsulates our comprehensive and innovative product solutions that give customers better deals and additional insurance or takaful benefits when they stay healthy with AIA Vitality. Last but not least, the third pillar of Get Well showcases our differentiated healthcare services which are instrumental to support our customers’ treatment and recovery journey,” Ben Ng, Chief Executive Officer of AIA Bhd highlighted in unveiling the refreshed products under this ecosystem.
“Since the pandemic, we see more Malaysians demand for more out of their insurance and takaful plans. They appreciate the holistic support and guidance on ways to maintain good health, and while at it, receive rewards for making the healthier choice.
“Understanding this, the introduction of our proprietary Total Health Solution is based on the concept of shared value, where we have created a symbiotic partnership of services and products that will accompany our customers’ health journey,” he added.
Earlier this year, AIA Malaysia had also inked a strategic collaboration with telemedicine provider DOC2US to provide virtual health services and wellness programmes to Malaysians.
Since April of this year, AIA’s individual and corporate customers can get preferential rates for healthcare consultations, medication prescription (e-Prescription) and doorstep medication delivery through the My AIA app.
