300 and Still Growing

Thanks to 2020, it was a year of physical disconnection and yet we are fully connected virtually. In alignment with DOC2US objectives, the demand for Electronic Prescribing System (EPS) has been pushed into a new horizon. Since 2019, more than 300 pharmacy outlets in Malaysia are now authorised to accept e-prescriptions.

Electronic Prescribing System for better patient care

Electronic Prescribing System or EPS is a platform to allow patients to get their prescriptions filled by our doctors via our DOC2US app and select the nearest authorized pharmacy outlets to collect their medication. As required by this system, pharmacists-in-charge will need to go through several checklists of questions prior to dispensing the medication. This is to better emphasize the importance of accurate dispensing and to strengthen the role of community pharmacists in Malaysia.

E-Prescriptions are fully complying with Malaysia Digital Signature Act 1997

As far as many are concerned, our e-prescription is fully recognized by our Ministry of Health. The electronic prescription or "e-rx" is being electronically generated by medical practitioners and can be sent to the pharmacy from any point of care. With the digital signature, the "e-rx" generated is highly authentic and valid.

Virtual Doctors in your Pharmacy Outlet

Right now, walk-in patients will be able to consult doctors online and get their medication legally and digitally prescribed/dispensed via our digital platforms. DOC2US sees the potential harm towards patient due to the lack of communication between the healthcare providers. Hence, DOC2US hopes to stand in the gap to prepare a platform to allow seamless communication between pharmacists and doctors.
