Our esteemed partner AIA, a frontrunner in insurance and financial services, has recently introduced an employee health screening initiative on-site, in collaboration with DOC2US. This program underscores the significance of health and well-being within the workplace.
The 2-day programme was held at AIA IT (M) Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur. Health screenings for employees are strongly encouraged, particularly due to the rising concerns about non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, hypertension etc.
The employees were provided the opportunity for confidential one-on-one consultations with our in-house doctor, giving them personalised guidance for establishing health objectives, addressing specific health concerns, and understanding their screening results

Furthermore, to equip employees with the knowledge to make prudent choices and adopt preventive measures, our certified dietitian, Ms. Chan Chee Shan, led a health talk titled “Diet Trends: Do They Work?”. This was followed by insights shared by Dr. Justin on the often unnoticed and untreated condition of iron deficiency.
