迷思一

"榴莲配啤酒会致死"

虽然没有科学证据表明榴莲和酒精是致命的组合,但是将榴莲和酒精一起吃会引起腹胀、消化不良和不适。这是因为您的肝脏必须加倍努力工作,以代谢榴莲和酒精中的脂肪和糖分,尤其是当您过量食用两者时。

  1. 糖尿病患者需限制榴莲的摄入量

糖尿病患者如果吃了太多的榴莲,可能会出现血糖升高的情况。糖尿病患者需要限制食用榴莲,因为榴莲的含糖量很高,包括蔗糖、果糖和葡萄糖。除了糖分,榴莲还含有大量的碳水化合物。作为建议,糖尿病患者每天最多只能吃两花瓣榴莲。

 

  1. 榴莲能提高能量

榴莲含有大量的碳水化合物(这也就是为什么糖尿病患者应限制榴莲用量)。三花瓣榴莲(取决于大小)大约包含20-30克的碳水化合物。这使得榴莲成为天然的能量促进剂。吃榴莲可以帮助快速补充低能量水平(在健康人中)。
